Lacey, WA

This courtyard is a part of a new headquarter building in Lacey. The owners and I envisioned a tranquil  space to decompress from exciting, but intense life. In the early stage of the design, we decided to include two water features, one with sheet fall facing the doors, and another with bubblers by the gate. The pleasant sound of water, carefully selected planting, layers of planes created a magical place.
